The context

Japan Airlines was recognized as one of the best airline companies in the world, and had recently won the most prestigious mark of quality worldwide, the 5-star airline Skytrax certification.

Yet, Japan Airlines needed to show its big achievement without forgetting its DNA and culture.

The challenge

How can we communicate on the brand's pride of its 5-star certification, through the humility of the japanese culture?

Creative platform

The agency developed a platform based on refinement and humility. As the Japanese do, we showed without showing off. Respect for the culture of the country that asked us to choose preciously our words. Like a jeweler work.

Through the brand film, we played with a continuous and unending line to set the pacing of the video, we drew attention to the copy and we represented the idea of taking the viewer on a journey with Japan Airlines.
